Will a 2 inch Suspension upgrade raise my vehicle exactly 2 inches? |

In short, Not always. Most suspension providers will not specify an exact height, but will give an approximation on the height you will receive. Height increases are usually measured from factory vehicle height. For example, if your vehicle suspension has sagged from factory height you may gain more than 2 inches, however it will vary for each individual vehicle.
